Responsible and Social Tourism
Journey & Memory believes that tourism should create meaningful value for the people and places that welcome travelers. We favor locally rooted experiences, trusted Moroccan professionals and respectful encounters that allow culture to be shared with dignity.
Where appropriate, a journey or group program may support community-led initiatives, women’s economic participation, artisans, education or environmental action. For corporate groups, we develop social-impact and CSR activities according to genuine local priorities and the objectives of the organization.
Every initiative should be relevant, respectful and proportionate. We confirm the local partner, purpose and practical contribution before presenting it to travelers or a group.

After more than 14 years of designing journeys in Morocco, I have learned that travelers do not always remember every hotel or monument. They remember how the journey made them feel.
They remember a conversation, the silence of a landscape, a meal shared around a table or the moment they felt completely present with the people they love.
I created Journey & Memory with this belief: a journey should not leave you needing another holiday. It should allow you to return home with renewed energy, a deeper connection or a new way of seeing the world.
This is why we begin by listening. We can create a journey from the ground up or adapt a selected program around the traveler’s personality, needs, interests and preferred rhythm.
For groups and events, we follow the same philosophy. We begin with the organization, its guests and its objectives before creating an experience that reflects its identity.
